Ateco Fluted Two Sided Pastry Wheel
Product Description
This all Stainless Steel Pastry Wheel has two ends, the first with a 1-3/8" wheel and the second with a wavy blade. The wavy blade can be used for cutting or sealing dough in Danish or other pastries giving them a finished look. This product is made by Ateco.
